cash flow forecast generator
Generate a cash flow forecast you can actually check
See how cash moves month by month: opening balance, money in, money out and closing balance, all as formulas.
Opening the template uses no credits. Building from a prompt uses credits; the Free plan includes 25.
Profit and cash are not the same thing. A business can be profitable and still run out of cash. A month-by-month cash forecast shows when the balance gets tight before it happens.

Tips from practice
- Record cash when it actually moves, not when you invoice.
- Include tax payments and annual fees in the month they fall.
- Revisit the forecast monthly and replace estimates with actuals.
Good to know: This is a planning tool, not accounting software, and it doesn't connect to your bank.
