These terms apply when you use Tabstra. By creating an account or using our free tools, you agree to them.

Your account

You need a valid email address to create an account. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own the spreadsheets and data you create in Tabstra. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

AI output

Tabstra uses AI to design spreadsheets and write formulas. Calculations are done by the spreadsheet engine, but AI can still make mistakes in structure, assumptions or formulas. Review important results before relying on them for financial, legal or tax decisions. Sample numbers and assumptions are clearly labelled and are not real data.

The assistant is powered by Anthropic's AI models. You may not use Tabstra to create content that breaks the law or Anthropic's usage policies, and you are responsible for having the right to any data you send to the assistant.

Plans, credits and billing

AI requests use credits. Manual editing is always free. Plans, credit packs, renewals and refunds are described in our billing terms and on the pricing page.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break security, overload our systems, resell access or use Tabstra for unlawful content. Free tools have usage limits to keep them available for everyone.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tabstra available and your work safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll let you know before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tabstra is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Ending your account

You can stop using Tabstra and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms.
