Monthly plan credits

Each plan includes a set number of credits per billing month. Unused monthly credits do not carry over: at renewal they are reset to your plan's allowance.

Extra credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases available to active Starter, Pro and Team subscribers. Free users need to upgrade first. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Purchased credits are kept separately from monthly credits. Monthly credits are always used first, then purchased credits.

Purchased credits roll over from month to month and stay valid for 12 months from purchase while you hold an active paid plan.

If you cancel or downgrade to Free, your remaining purchased credits are kept but paused. They become usable again when you reactivate a paid plan within those 12 months. Purchased credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.

Buying credits does not unlock features. Advanced Intelligence stays available only on Pro and Team.

How credits are charged

AI actions cost credits depending on how complex the task is and which intelligence level is used. You see the cost before larger actions. If an AI action fails, the reserved credits are returned. Manual edits are always free.
