AI sales dashboard
AI sales dashboard that stays connected to your data
Turn sales data into a dashboard with targets, totals and charts. Charts read live from the sheet, so they update when the numbers do.
Opening the template uses no credits. Building from a prompt uses credits; the Free plan includes 25.
Sales dashboards often break when someone pastes in new data, or they live in a separate tool from the numbers. In Tabstra the charts are built on ranges in your spreadsheet, so the sheet stays the single source of truth.
What the spreadsheet looks like
| Row | A | B | C | D | E |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Rep | Region | Target | Actual | Attainment |
| 2 | Rep A | North | 300,000 | 324,000 | =D2/C2 |
| 3 | Rep B | South | 280,000 | 251,000 | =D3/C3 |
| 4 | Rep C | West | 320,000 | 338,000 | =D4/C4 |
| 5 | Total | =SUM(C2:C4) | =SUM(D2:D4) | =D5/C5 |
This is the real first sheet of the Sales Performance Dashboard template. Every total is a formula.
Who it's for
- Sales managers reporting monthly results
- Founders tracking revenue against target
- Teams that live in spreadsheets but want visuals
What you get
- Revenue, target and attainment per rep
- Totals and percentages as formulas
- Charts that read directly from the sheet
- Excel export of the underlying data
How it works
- 1
Start from data
Open the template or describe your data. Pro and Team can attach a CSV or Excel export.
- 2
Ask for the view
Request a chart or KPI explicitly, for example "chart revenue by month".
- 3
Keep it current
Update the numbers and the dashboard follows. Switching views never uses credits.
Prompts to try
Tips from practice
- Keep one row per rep or per month; avoid merged cells in data ranges.
- Show attainment as a percentage next to the absolute number.
- Use the Sales Pipeline template if you also track open deals.
Good to know: Tabstra doesn't sync with CRMs. Data comes from what you type, paste or attach.
